My first post on this blog, which is about various hobbies.
I have a varied amount of hobbies, but one that's changed my life for the better is exercise + strength training. I was an out of shape blob of fat a mere 3~4 years ago until I discovered how much fun and challenging training yourself in exercise can be.
Today I'm blogging about an image from 4chan's /fit/ board that I recently acquired that really interested me. It's one of the best beginner routines I've seen for gaining practical strength. By practical, I mean not just straight pumping iron and lifting weights with complicated routines, sets, and reps but only having max 3 sets and being all body weight exercises that ANYONE can do at home. And they are all of course awesome-looking exercises (fuck year handstands).
I plan on doing most of these every morning if I have some time or if I'm bored to hopefully build up strength. I mean sure, I can run 5 miles but that just means my heart and lungs are good at their job. Seriously, I can't do more than 5 full push-ups. :(
